I serve as an arbitrator for FINRA, the New York Board of Trade, New York Mercantile Exchange, and the National Futures Exchange.

I am a Certified Mediator for FINRA, the U.S. District Court (SD & EDNY), the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (EDNY, SDNY, NDNY) and the Ninth Judicial District for the State of New York.

Owner of New York-based private practice, specializing in the representation of individuals and entities in various complex business and investment situations. In addition as an experienced trial advocate I have completed over 100 trial to verdict in multifaceted and challenging, Civil, Commercial and Criminal litigation

Over 30 years of military service as a Colonel in the U.S. Army (active and reserve); includes service as a Foreign Area Officer (48G) with a focus in Middle Eastern Issues.

Guest lecturer on legal and military strategy at universities including West Point, as well as spoken at international conferences, on Law, Military Strategy and Foreign Policy.
